An unexpected football-basketball crossover has emerged from the creative minds of PUMA, as the German sportswear brand dedicate their latest version of its PUMA Rise Nitro basketball shoes to none other than Paris Saint Germain and Brazil star – Neymar Jr.
The silky Brazilian footballer has often been seen attending NBA games and is publicly known as a big fan of LeBron James.
The new PUMA Rise Nitro shoes arrive in the extremely vibrant hues of “Ultra Orange” and accents of “Blue Glimmer,” reflecting Neymar Jr’s famous flare he brings to the pitch every time he plays.
The new PUMA basketball shoes feature a mesh upper and PWRTAPE secured around the laces and the majority of the upper to offer more structural support.
Neymar Jr’s custom PUMA logo can be seen on the tongue tabs while the silhouette is finished off with nitrogen-injected foam sole units integrating an asymmetric PROPLATE for the best possible energy return on the court.
Named the PUMA Rise Nitro “Neymar Jr.,” the new basketball shoes are scheduled to release via the PUMA website on Thursday 26 January.
