As the lines between music and fashion continues to blur, hip-hop star Future has been announced as the very first creative director of Lanvin‘s sub-label brand – Lanvin Lab.
As reported by WWD, Future has been a big fan of the luxury French fashion house Lanvin for years and this new move marks his first official venture into the fashion industry.
Future is following in the famous footsteps of fellow musical artists who have become well cemented in modern fashion, such as Pharrell Williams and his first Louis Vuitton collection that debuted last week.
Future and Lanvin are now preparing their debut collection that’s set to include a variety of ready-to-wear garments and accessories for both men and women.
Future’s debut collection is said to be releasing during the Autumn 2023 season where the collection will likely channel Lanvin Lab’s fondness for experimenting with new ideas and looks to go alongside their main line.
