Since its founding in 2017, Corteiz has worked with the likes of the London-based brand Soho Yacht Club, the skate label at the heart of Nigeria; Motherlan and even UK rap artists Central Cee and Meekz. The London-based streetwear label is now about to embark on what’s likely their biggest collaborative project to date with Nike.
Weeks after Corteiz hinted at an upcoming project following the Corteiz logo being projected across the Nike London store, Corteiz owner – Clint419, recently took to Instagram to tease images of the upcoming Corteiz x Nike trainers – the Air Max 95.
Based off of the early released images, we can tell the Air Max 95 new kicks have gone for a military-inspired look.
The side overlays are decorated with a variety of shades of green and the upper layers have gone for the aesthetic of army netting.
The usual Nike Swooshes found on the lateral sides have been replaced with a Corteiz spell-out while its signature Alcatraz logo can be seen featured into the tongues. The design is finished off with more military inspiration with the insoles that have been covered with an all-over camo print.
No release date has been confirmed but early reports indicate that the new Air Max 95 trainers could be available sometime in March.
