Stone Island Releases It’s Anticipated Marina AW24/25 Reflective Nautical-Inspired Collection

The Marina Collection

The Stone Island Marina Autumn Winter 2024–2025 collection continues to emphasise the brand’s iconic functional, nautical-inspired designs, with a focus on garments suited for sea environments. Key pieces, like the 445X2 Jacket Plated Reflective, showcase cutting-edge fabric technology, using a nylon canvas plated with a highly reflective, water- and wind-resistant coating made from a resin bath infused with thousands of glass microspheres. The cropped and boxy silhouette, featuring oversized bellows chest pockets and pops of maritime-inspired colors like blue and yellow, evokes the ruggedness of seafaring gear.

The jacket’s technical detailing includes an undercollar lined in a contrasting color, Velcro-secured patch pockets, and slanting hand pockets with hidden zippers. The reflective Stone Island logo is rubberised on the back, and the jacket’s thick, rubberised cuffs add further protection with Velcro-adjustable straps. A hidden two-way zipper and Velcro-placket enhance the garment’s weather-resistant design.

Accompanying the jacket are the 319X6 Chino Pants, made from cotton moleskin and garment-dyed for a soft, broken-in feel. The loose-fit trousers include multiple pockets, with snap closures, and embroidered Stone Island branding on the back leg. The N01XC Beanie, crafted from a ribbed wool-polyester blend, complements the collection with its sprayed detailing, which reveals the brand’s reserved logo on the cuff.

What Exactly is The Stone Island Marina collection?

Stone Island is a renowned Italian brand known for its innovative approach to design and fabric technology, often blending functionality with a distinct style. The Marina collection, in particular, draws heavy inspiration from nautical themes, focusing on garments that are both practical for sea environments and stylish for urban settings.

The collection typically features pieces that incorporate advanced materials and treatments, such as reflective coatings, water-resistant fabrics, and garment dyeing techniques. These items often have a utilitarian aesthetic, with functional details like large pockets, durable fastenings, and weather-resistant features. The color palette frequently includes maritime-inspired tones like navy blue, yellow, and white, and the designs often have a relaxed fit, echoing the easy movement needed at sea.

The Stone Island Marina collection is also known for its technical innovation, like the use of reflective materials that enhance visibility in low-light conditions, and the incorporation of special coatings that improve durability against the elements. The pieces are not only stylish but also serve a practical purpose, embodying the brand’s commitment to merging fashion with function.

Where to find stone island on sale

We recommend checking out the latest Stone Island sales at Luisa Via Roma and Pockets, both of which are official stockists of the brand. As official stockists, these retailers have a direct relationship with Stone Island, ensuring that the products they sell are authentic and meet the brand’s quality standards.

When shopping for luxury brands like Stone Island, it’s important to buy from official stockists to avoid the risks associated with the grey market. The grey market refers to the sale of genuine products through unauthorised or unofficial channels. While the products may be real, they often lack the warranties, customer support, and assurance of quality that come with purchases from authorized retailers. Additionally, grey market items might be old stock, slightly damaged, or otherwise not up to the brand’s latest standards. To ensure you’re getting the best possible experience and authentic products, it’s always safer to buy from official stockists like Luisa Via Roma and Pockets.
