As Nike approaches a history making moment as it gets closer to their 50 year anniversary, Nike introduces its latest anthem, “Seen it All.” Seen it All honours past stories of Nike and their athletes, while also expressing excitement for the potential of future generations.
The “Seen it All” video (which can be found below) is directed by famous filmmaker Spike Lee (Malcom X, 25th Hour).
Spike Lee remixes his iconic roll as Mars Blackmon from She’s Gotta Have It (1986), and also features Indigo Hubbard-Salk, from She’s Gotta Have It (2017) the TV series adaption, who represents the future as a young and optimistic individual.
“Every moment from the first 50 years was just the beginning” reads the video description. The short film shows more than 40 legendary Nike athletes as the brand considers how to expand sport for a new generation.
Nike has promised that throughout the rest of the month, they plan to treat customers by diving back into iconic artifacts and exclusive content from the Department of Nike Archives (DNA).
They also plan to show this by using a variety of digital storytelling and physical retail experiences.
There will even be member-exclusive products made available but only through the Nike App.
