Footwear and football fans alike may remember the Nike Air Max 1 LFC x LBJ trainers surfacing last year and the collaborative kicks are now exclusively dropping at Nike SNKRS and also Merseyside-based retailers SEVENSTORE.
Created to celebrate LeBron James purchasing a minority stake in the Reds, the new Air Max 1 trainers are a part of the continued collaboration between the NBA legend and Liverpool FC. The collab has already welcomed the exclusive Liverpool x LeBron football and basketball jerseys.
Arriving in Liverpool‘s vibrant colours (although a little less red than expected), the new kicks are decked out in a super-clean aesthetic with a fresh white mesh base that provides some much-needed contrast against the team’s famous red hue peaking out from the sock liner.
A debossed text can be seen to the rear of the trainers, a nod to Liverpool‘s iconic anthem: You’ll Never Walk Alone and Fenway Sports Group.
The trainers are finished off with Nike Air Max branding placed proudly on the tongue tab and Liverpool-branded insoles add another element for Liverpool fans to enjoy.
Priced at £165, the collaborative shoes are expected to drop on Saturday, March 4 exclusively at Nike SNKRS and SEVENSTORE – with the latter just opening a raffle to enter for the new kicks.
