While performing at Coachella, which was renamed “Cokechella” for his particular set, the New York-born hip-hop artist Pusha T, took to the stage in some unreleased Adidas heat on his feet.
Push took to the stage in a crisp white, custom-made two-piece set by Swiss-luxury label Bally. Only the keen-eyed footwear fans would of noticed the never-before-seen Adidas Supernova Cushion 7 trainers he wore.
The American hip-hop artist stepped out in a neutral colourway of what many are calling ‘dad’ shoes, with shades of icy blue, white, and black – offering a modern edge to the pair.
A variety of mixed materials comprise the upper as well as doses of mesh for the underlays. An adiPRENE sole provides comfort and a semi-chunky look to finish off the design that can be seen below.
The heel of the shoe shows “Thorn” branding, whish also appeared on Pusha’s exclusive Samba shoes that were unveiled during Paris Fashion Week in January.
It’s believed that “Thorn” is Pusha T’s new line under Adidas, just like Adidas Hu for Pharrell’s Human Race line. The word is a play on the artists real name – Terrence LeVarr Thornton.

A release date for Pusha’s Thorn x Adidas Supernova Cushion 7 trainers hasn’t been confirmed or even mentioned by either parties. The exclusive Samba shoes were teased at the beginning of the year and is still without a release date.
However, I’d say that now would be an ideal time to drop, with the current popularity surrounding the Adidas Samba and dad shoes.
