With the annual celebrations of Nike’s Air Max Day approaching, the brains behind Nike‘s design team have been busy putting together some brand new Air Max silhouettes that are set to globally launch on Air Max Day this month.
Nike will be introducing a brand new Air Max model, the Air Max Pulse. Nike have released official images of two brand new colourways in “Photon Dust” and “Khaki Black.”
The Air Max unit and midsole of the Air Max Pulse shows a resemblance to that of the Air Max 270, another new-generation Air Max silhouette. Featuring athletic mesh and leather to the uppers, a double Swoosh logo on the lateral side and motifs to the heels – take a closer look at the two new silhouettes below.
The Air Max Pulse “Photon Dust” showcases a sporty-aesthetic Summit White and Reflective Silver colourway. The design is finished off with small, contrasting red Swoosh details.
An extended mudguard can be seen along the bottom half of the upper that’s been reinforced at the heel and a new Air Max logo can also be seen on the tongue tabs, insole and embossed heels.
A second Nike Air Max Pulse colourway has been revealed in the brand new “Khaki Black” colourway.
The new Air Max Pulse silhouette features breathable mesh and leather that dresses the upper, evoking more design elements from the new Air Max models than previous designs.
As of right now, the new Air Max models are scheduled to launch from selected retailers and Nike SNKRS on Air Max Day 2023 – occuring on Sunday, March 26.
More colourways of the new Air Max Pulse silhouette is also expected to be unveiled during the build up to the annual Air Max Day.
