Nike are bringing back another Air Force 1 classic after more than 20 years since its original release – the Air Force 1 ‘West Indies‘ returns with the summer-ready University Gold treatment.
The re-release of this classic white and Uni Gold colourway is in celebration of New York’s West Indian Day Parade Carnival, celebrated on Monday, 4 September this year.
Full to the rim of summer-esque, a yellow textile lining with a honeycomb pattern helps add to the warm weather vibes of Nike’s latest AF1 kicks that arrive this week.
The eye-catching yellow hue continues into an outsole with a complimenting contrast against the Crisp White leather uppers.
Nike‘s traditional Swoosh motif takes a subtle back seat as it conceals itself amidst the white uppers. Rounding off the design is the colourful “West Indies” branding found on the tongue tabs and side wall.
The Air Force 1 West Indies are priced from £130 – £140 and arrive this Friday, 25 August at 8:00am – raffles are currently live from END., while previews from Nike SNKRS and BSTN are currently available by following the links.
In other Air Force 1 news: The anticipated Supreme x Nike Air Force 1 “Baroque Brown” is set to officially launch some time in the coming weeks from Supreme’s new AW’23 collection. You can take a closer look right here.
