Proving an awkward opponent in front of a Texas crowd In the early hours of Sunday morning, Jake Paul beat UFC veteran Nate Diaz by unanimous decision during Nate’s boxing debut. Paul added another win to his record while wearing custom Travis Scott-inspired gear worth $100,000 USD.

He’s for sure an opinion splitter, but regardless of how we feel towards him, Jake Paul holds significant influence within modern boxing.

Since 2018, Jake has left his YouTuber routes behind while he’s orchestrated matches with social media figures, basketball players, combat athletes and professional boxers.

With his only loss coming from a split decision defeat against Tommy Fury in February, Paul put on an impressive display to defeat Nate Diaz, doing so in a custom Travis Scott outfit designed for only the best of the best.

Collaborating with artist @Ciambrone, also known as The Surgeon, Paul’s fight night attire draws inspiration from his admiration for Travis Scott’s “Cactus Jack” Air Jordan releases, especially the AJ1 Low OG “Black Phantom.”

The ensemble includes a unique jacket, shorts, and boots, all created in a distinctive half-and-half black and white design – a reference to the nature of Paul’s dual personality.

The one-of-a-kind jacket has been made from 9oz vintage wash canvas for a rugged yet sophisticated look. The shorts follow the same design motif, inspired by elements of a repurposed Travis Scott x Jordan Brand T-shirt.

Noteworthy patches on both the jacket and shorts pay homage not only to Travis Scott‘s fashion influence but also to parts of Paul’s life and career, including his hometown of Cleveland.

As seen above, the boxing boots take inspiration from the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low “Phantom”, featuring an alternative white-based version to complete the pair.

These boots are crafted using luxurious lightweight suede, along with premium nubuck on the toebox and Travis Scott’s traditional reverse Swoosh motif. The tongue boasts a combination of smooth calf leather with performance enhancing cooling mesh found within the interior.

It’s a good thing that Paul won the anticipated match as collectively, his exclusive set is valued at $100,000 USD.
