Set it to medium heat and focus the airflow inside the jacket, warming it from the inside rather than applying heat to the outer fabric. Yes, you might look a bit silly shaking your jacket in the garden, but it’s a gentle and effective way to restore the feathers’ fluffiness and bring back the puffiness.
