Fluff With a Hair Dryer: One of our tips for fluffing up and separating clumped down is to use a good old-fashioned hairdryer. Set it to medium heat and focus the airflow inside the jacket, warming it from the inside rather than applying heat to the outer fabric. Once the jacket is warmed, take it outside and give it a good shake in the open air. Yes, you might look a bit silly shaking your jacket in the garden, but it’s a gentle and effective way to restore the feathers’ fluffiness and bring back the puffiness. Repeat this process 3–4 times, and your jacket should be as good as new!
