For those interested in digital fashion and showing off your online digital avatars, you’ll be happy to know that the luxury retailer Harvey Nichols has announced the launch of their NFT retail concept space – the Harvey Nichols NFT Vault.

Buying an NFT is still a mystery to many people and there are a number of ways you can purchase one.

The main one being minting the token on the Ethereum blockchain (a blockchain site that’s home to digital money and global payments) or Solana Blockchain.

“Minting” an NFT is the process of uniquely publishing your NFT token on the blockchain to then make it purchasable.

Harvey Nichols have made this process easier for everyone as credit cards can be used as a form of payment, as well as cryptocurrency.

Accepting credit cards and cryptocurrency allows anyone with no prior experience with NFTs to dive into the Metaverse and learn more about the space.

Harvey Nichols explained on their website: “We aim to make NFTs more accessible to a broader audience by featuring a range of NFTs from some of the most successful projects globally available for in-store exploration and purchase.”

The new Harvey Nichols NFT vault makes HN the first major luxury fashion store to offer a curated selection of NFTs such as CryptoPunks, Bored Ape Yacht Club, Clone X, Doodles, and lots more.

If a particular criteria is met, the Harvey Nichols NFT vault is also open for sellers to display their NFTs for sale.

The collection is curated to benefit both first time buyers and NFT experts – with prices ranging from HK£4,000 to over HK£800,000.
