From Milan, Bayern, to Arsenal: Our Top 10 Football Kits For The 2023/24 Season

From Milan, Bayern, to Arsenal: Our Top 10 Football Kits For The 2023/24 Season

Following tradition of the last few years, some of Europe’s biggest clubs have already started launching their new kits for the 23/24 season even though the 22/23 season has only just finished. With plenty to chose from, The Hoxton Trend have carefully selected our top 10.

From clubs such as Juventus, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund – we’ve added links to each club’s new jersey seen below. Every 23/24 jersey is priced from £75 – £80 and other versions such as authentic or long-sleeved jerseys are also available.

In no particular order and arriving in a variety of hues and designs, you can explore our list of the top 10 football kits for the approaching season below.

ARSENAL

First up is Arsenal‘s new home kit that definitely deserves a spot on this list as the jersey is inspired by the kit worn by the Gunners during their historic 2003/04 “Invincibles” season 20 years ago.

The usual red and white make up the classic Arsenal look, while a unique lightning bolt pattern flows vertically from the top to bottom.

The three stripes of Adidas feature down each sleeve in gold, while the “Invincibles” team record of 26 wins and 12 draws over 38 games is etched into the side of the authentic version of the jersey.

Liverpool

Liverpool‘s new 2023/24 home kit may at first just look like another classic home kit for the Reds, but the club’s latest jersey is rich in Liverpool history.

The new jersey directly draws its inspiration from Bill Shankly’s last season in charge of Liverpool 50 years ago, where during the 1973/74 season that was Shankly’s 14th and final season in charge, he helped lead the club to FA Cup glory.

AJAX

The one and only away kit I think deserves a spot on this list is the new 2023/24 away jersey of the famous Dutch side, Ajax

Ajax rarely disappoints when it comes to standout kits and the club’s new away jersey for the approaching season is proof of that. Featuring a subtle, all-over wavy design and hints of blue and red on a white jersey, this jersey will undoubtedly look as good off the pitch as it does on it.

REAL MADRID

Real Madrid will be looking to reclaim the La Liga title next season after missing out to bitter rivals Barcelona in the season just gone. The iconic crisp white hues of Real Madrid makes an expected return as hints of black and gold details round off the new design.

JUVENTUS

One of my favourite 2023/24 jerseys, Juventus‘ iconic stripes that they’ve proudly worn since 1903 have been given a contemporary update.

The latest rework of Juventus‘ stripes welcomes a brushstroke effect applied to the Zebra-like stripes of black shades atop of the white kit.

AC MILAN

Inspired by the Northern Italian city of Milan, AC Milan‘s unveiled 2023/24 home kit showcases a repeating ‘M’ on the front of the shirt that’s made from the unique positioning of the stripes.

Decorated in classic AC Milan black and red, the new kit also features a black V-neck collar, sleeve cuffs, and an AC Milan typography placed on the back of the collar.

Manchester City

PUMA manufactured football kits have never really reached the same heights as those set by Nike and Adidas. However, since the German sportswear brand began making Manchester City‘s kits in 2019, they’ve slowly been upping their game.

Celebrating 20 years of the Etihad Stadium, Man City‘s new kit draws its inspiration from the unique architecture of the Etihad as well as the Etihad’s postcode printed on the back of the shirts neck.

Bayern Munich

Switching things up from a predominantly red home kit to predominantly white, the new 2023/24 home jersey from Bayern Munich looks more like a training kit than an actual home jersey – there’s nothing wrong with that of course.

Bayern‘s new kit features a new iridescent pattern along the base of the white kit while the crest, logo and sponsor are decorated in Bayern’s classic red.

Borussia Dortmund

Having missed out on their first Bundesliga title since 2012 by goal difference and then losing one of their star players Jude Bellingham, things could be going better for Borussia Dortmund

Dortmund always seem to bounce back though and they’ll look good doing so in their new home kit in the club’s famous yellow hue with a black Signal Iduna Park graphic decorated on the front.

BARCELONA

Last but not least, the new home kit of Barcelona pays homage to the 30-year journey of the Women’s squad being incorporated into the club.

Decorated in classic Barcelona colours, the crest of the shirt features a diamond shape that was once used by the Women’s team and the classic Barcelona stripes are decorated with a diamond pattern along the edges.
