While England are gearing up for what will most likely be a very challenging match against France in the quarter-finals of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, Nike have unveiled images of the exclusive England team Air Force 1 Lows.
Demonstrating their support for England, the Nike Air Force 1s are crafted in white with tints of blue – resembling England’s World Cup jersey with the same white colour scheme with a blue spray painting style.
The blue hues start at the heel and inner lining while making its way across the upper and to the outsole – resulting in a gradual blue fade that blends into the white leather base.
With the England three lions shield as the tongue tag, another feature that sets these apart from the classic AF1 is the laces. The laces arrive in the three colours of red, blue and white – matching with the colours of England.
While the shoes have been seen on the feet of the England team throughout the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, it’s unconfirmed whether Nike will sell these patriotic kicks post-World Cup.
England will take on current World Cup holders France during the quarter-final which takes place on Saturday 10 December at 7:00 pm.
Unfortunately for England, Declan Rice has missed training in the build up to the game due to illness. The West Ham midfielder has started all four games for England so far this tournament and will be a missed asset should he not feature.
