The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 38’s are predominately running shoes and so they have to be able to withstand the elements. The trainers are designed to protect you aganist wet weather. The upper is coated with a PFC-free treatment to help keep you dry, and a gusseted tongue adds another layer of defence against the elements. The Storm-Tread outsole provides traction in wet weather and it features textures inspired by winter tyres. Knit material is used in the upper to keep your feet warm. Skins around the toes are placed in areas where water can seep in, helping to keep you dry, and the back of the tongue is also insulated, so the tops of your feet stay comfortable.
