The trainers that have gone on sale today look different to the Air Jordan VI with the memorable red accent which he wore back in 1991. These, however, showcase the traditional black and gold colourway. They have a visible air unit and translucent sole with the gold Jumpman logo, that same logo is also embroidered onto the tongue of the trainer. The ‘23’ logo is stamped onto the heel in gold which perfectly adds to the gold midsole accents. If you are lucky enough to purchase a pair, they also come with a metal gold tag and matching gold coloured box. Â
These trainers look best with black jeans as that will make the gold accents more noticeable and pairing them with an oversized black hoodie will keep you looking casual. These trainers have such an incredible history that you don’t want to distract away from them.
The Jordan brand has outdone itself once again by re-releasing these revived, iconic shoes that have had people talking for 29 years since his victory back in 1991
