Starting with the Air Max 90 silhouette, Nike have given this shoe a vibrant re-vamp, with an unusual purple star design featuring on the upper, which is layered with contrasting black panels. Turquoise and red accents add extra dynamic to the shoe, which also features a clean white midsole with a mottled black rubber segment in the middle. Classic Air Max branding features on the tongue of the shoe and on the lateral side of the shoe in another contrasting black and white palette. The iconic Nike Swoosh appears on each side of the shoe in a muted lavender shade. The design is finished with black laces and contrasting coloured stitching which varies between turquoise, pink and black to add extra dynamic to the design.

The Nike Tuned Air Max Plus silhouette features a more laid back approach to the ‘Supernova’ theme. Featuring a monochromatic black and white upper, which consists of a milkyway themed graphic printed across the surface. For a pop of colour, the design is complimented with siren red and metallic silver accents, which feature on the sole of the shoe, the tongue and the rubberized Nike Swoosh on the lateral and medial sides. The rubberized midsole comes in a sharp white tone, keeping the classic chunky silhouette and visible air bubbles for maximum comfort to put a spring in your step.

The final silhouette within the exclusive pack is the Nike Air Max 270 React, which comes in a sunset inspired colour palette. A vivid orange hue and golden yellow highlight design elements across the upper, including the layered panels which contrast against the pink star print also on the uppers’ surface. A yellow, reflective pull tab features on the back of the heel, which also features on the eyelets of the shoe. On this design, the Nike Swoosh comes in a metallic silver which is printed onto the upper to create a smoother, slicker looking trainer. The sporty silhouette is enhanced with the oversized air bubble which sits underneath the heel, which comes in the same vivid orange hue. The air bubble is attached to the rest of the midsole, which features in yet again, a crisp white tone. This contrasting element and mixture of bright colours makes the Air Max 270 React a stand out choice from the pack, perfect if you’re looking for something a little more OTT for your sneaker collection. The sneaker is finished with futuristic Nike branding on the tongue of the shoe, in a monochromatic grey and black palette.

The Nike Air Max ‘Supernova 2020’ pack will be released exclusively at Footlocker in June, however there is no confirmed drop date for the collection just yet. The retail price for each shoe is also yet to be confirmed, so make sure to keep checking back for more details on this release.
