A-COLD-WALL have recently released their newest campaign for their collaboration with Beats by Dr Dre. The campaign features American rapper Lil Durk, who is sporting the headphones, which are due to drop later this week.
The ACW X Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones will be a limited drop, combining some of the best sound technology to create the ultimate immersive experience. Active Noise Cancelling technology aids the delivery of the ultimate sound display, by blocking external noise. Working alongside the noise cancellation technology is real time audio calibration, which optimises the clarity and range of sounds, tailoring the noise specifically to the user.
22 hours of playback time are on offer with this limited-edition pair. Features including on-ear controls, voice activation, and Class 1 Bluetooth connectivity allow seamless listening and an overall easy experience.
The look of the headphones is overall sleek. A neutral colour palette is made bolder with an unusual speckled texture, experimenting with the classic style of the ACW brand, in it’s exploration of brutalist, utilitarian design. An outer shell across the headband and speakers consists of grey and cream, which is complimented by an onyx coloured interior, padded for extra comfort. Subtle branding finishes off the design in grey and white tones, creating an overall clean look. Each pair will arrive in packaging of the same earthy colour palette as the headphones themselves, the box of which is constructed using recycled wood fibre. The materials used for the packaging come from either recycled materials, or, is sourced from responsibly managed forests, as both brands try to keep in mind their environmental impact with their latest project.
Both brands recently launched the campaign imagery for the new drop, featuring American rapper Lil Durk, well known for tracks such as Hats Off and Headed Goat, alongside his collaborations with Drake, recently featuring on his new album.
