Last year Hox and Kikks were set a challenge to see who could style a Moncler jacket best. Hox had to style a red Apremont jacket whilst Kikks styled a khaki Rodez jacket. They both had a budget of £200 to get the rest of their outfit.
Starting with Kikks’ outfit, he opted for a more relaxed and casual fit. He chose an Armani navy tracksuit to style with the jacket. He also added a navy scarf and navy Levi beanie hat. He spent £182 (excluding the Moncler jacket.)
Hox went for a different look. The red jacket makes a statement, so he chose a red Levi beanie hat to match the jacket. He then chose a Tommy Hilfiger sweater and paired it with some camo G-Star cargo pants. Hox spent £125.95 (excluding the Moncler jacket.)
I have chosen the Moncler dark blue Renald jacket to style which is £785. I’ve chosen an outfit that is slightly smarter than what Kikks chose but that doesn’t create quite a big statement as Hox’s outfit. My outfit (excluding the Moncler jacket) comes in at £194.99.
The beige Ralph Lauren jumper matches the beige stripe on the Moncler jacket. And pairing the outfit with Diesel slim fit jeans makes it look smart and put together. As the jacket is dark blue its best to pair with light blue jeans as the contrast makes the jacket stand out.
Next, I put together another outfit with a Moncler gilet, which is £659. As all of the other outfits include big coats, we wanted to show you how to style something different. Keeping with the navy theme, I have paired the gilet with a dark navy Tommy Hilfiger tracksuit. But as there is a pop of red on the gilet, I have paired this outfit with a red hat. This Palm Angels one is perfect and its currently on sale! This whole outfit is £193 (excluding the Moncler gilet).
