With the news of a Palace x Gucci Vault collaboration taking over the internet, it’s easy to forgot about other approaching collaborations such as Balenciaga x Adidas – which we now get an even closer look at with new images circulating online.
Announced back in late May, the Balenciaga x Adidas collaboration is supposedly set to globally release very soon. This is excluding the pre-order that was held immediately after the Balenciaga Spring 2023 runway show where the collection first debuted.Â
During the brief pre-order window on Balenciaga‘s website, the estimated shipping date was November 22. That, plus the new images circulating online, I’d say it’s almost safe to bet we’re getting pretty close to an official release?
The above images were uploaded to Instagram by @myfacewhen_o, a superfan of Balenciaga and Demna Gvasalia (creative director) with nearly nine million posts and 35k followers.Â
It’s likely that these photos were taken during the summer, some time after the Balenciaga runway show in late May.
As seen above, Balenciaga and Adidas have been cooking up a whole bunch of fresh and fire garments. You can expect the new collection to feature a variety of oversized sweatshirts, jumpers and T-shirts featuring the dual Balenciaga x Adidas motifs. More of the collection will include plush leather bags as well as the Triple S shoes in black and white.Â
