Many professional football players have to wait years for their boot sponsorship deal to come through, but for the young Bukayo Saka, that day has already come with the help of New Balance.
At only 21 years of age, Bukayo Saka has proved for his club and country that he’s one of England’s brightest prospects with a big future ahead of him.
Saka delivered three goals for England during the 2022 World Cup and a further six goals and six assists so far this season for Arsenal.
If those statistics aren’t worthy enough of a signature New Balance boot, then what is?
Following a similar path as his England and New Balance teammate, Raheem Sterling who boasted the New Balance x Stone Island Furon V7 at the 2022 World Cup, Saka has now received his own signature version of the Furon V7.
The design of Saka’s signature boot proves how personal it is to him with odes to his West London home of Ealing and of course Arsenal.
The signature boots arrive in a vibrant shade of red and pays homage to Ealing’s coat of arms with a decorative baroque oak leaf print featured across the full length of the boot. Finishing of the design is a “Progress” and “Unity” typography in silver which appears at the rear of each boot.
It would definitely make for a good look, seeing Saka win the Premier League in his new signature red New Balance boots, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves just yet Arsenal fans.
