There’s not much Action Bronson hasn’t done – from starting off as a chef, to a painter, a wrestler, a TV host, a rapper and now the NYC-born rap sensation has designed his own New Balance trainers with an extensive clothing capsule to go alongside it.Â
Arriving in the playful “Baklava” colourway, the Action Bronson x New Balance 990v6 offers a unique iteration of the beloved trainers.
With a banana yellow midsole and mudguard, the upper is decorated in grey with contrasting hints of sage green and magenta laces. The new kicks are completed with the usual “N” logo on either side and co-branding on the tongue tabs.

Action Bronson’s love for New Balance dates all the way back to when his mother introduced him to it when he was a child in NYC Queens.
Designing his own New Balance collection has always been a dream of his and Bronson’s new trainers are arriving alongside a full apparel collection that ranges from performance shorts, fleeces, shell coats, hats and T-shirts all donning the New Balance “Baklava” branding.Â
The rapper’s bright New Balance 990v6 ‘Baklava’ trainers drops in limited quantities on March 17 from the New Balance site.
A global release of the Action Bronson x New Balance 990v6 trainers and apparel collaboration is set to launch on Friday, March 24 via the New Balance website.
