Further linking the worlds of digital fashion and gaming, labels such as Palace Skateboards, Versace, Puma, MKI MIYUKI ZOKU, Napapijri and more have partnered with the latest Need For Speed game to provide digital clothing for the players’ to dress their in-game characters.
Set to release Friday 2 December, the newest game from the Need For Speed franchise, Need for Speen Unbound has been generating a good deal of buzz ahead of its anticipated release.
From an exclusive Palace Skateboards edition to an A$AP Rocky character with a DTM-inspired Mercedes-Benz 190E EVO with customer branding –Â Need for Speed Unbound will now also feature in-game branded fashion.
The lineup of brands featured in the game include Palace Skateboards, Versace, Puma, MKI MIYUKI ZOKU, Napapijri, Champion, Vans, FILA, Danielle Guizio, Alpha Industries, AWGE, and more.
The list of collaborative fashion labels was curated by the Editor-in-Chief of Wonderland magazine, Toni-Blaze Ibekwer: “With these partnerships, we’re blurring the lines between IRL and digital content, and my main hope is that fans adopt the freedom to express themselves through clothing, and apply some of their ‘daring’ in-game choices in real life.”
Both Need for Speed Unbound and Need for Speed Unbound Palace Edition will be available worldwide on Friday 2 December for Sony PlayStation 5, Microsoft Xbox Series X/S and PC.
