While keeping Saint Laurent‘s sensual aesthetic a priority, the Paris fashion house seems to be embracing fashion’s love for fast food and have created their own luxury leather takeaway box.
Arriving in black or beige colourways, each box is fashioned with a diamond-shaped monochromatic “YSL” pattern engraved into the leather, plus a “YSL” metallic hardware on the front of the luxury takeaway box.
Crafted from supple calfskin leather and reminiscent of DIY cardboard boxes, Saint Laurent‘s new design is a humorous one and definitely a head turner. Take a look at the luxury takeaway boxes below.
Fast food chains such as Mc Donald’s have collaborated with some big names in the last couple years, such as Travis Scott and Cactus Plant Flea Market. Collaborations like these may of helped open the door for food-related accessories and Saint Laurent wasted no time this year to be one of the first to jump on this.
2023 will mark the seventh year that Anthony Vaccarello has been creative director of Saint Laurent and he’s shown no signs of slowing down.
